Know Obstacles and PKMove team up for Wellness Event

The parkour company Know Obstacles and PKMove partnered to cook up a tasty serving of parkour for the students of George Washington Middle School during their second annual Wellness Day. 6th and 7th grade students learned how to do vaults, wall runs, rolls, and precision jumps. In classes led by WFPF athlete Max Henry, the energetic and engaged students played many games and met individual challenges.  PKMove is dedicated to sharing the transforming power of parkour. A unique “gym without walls” PKMove comes to you. We provide parkour training geared to the specific needs of certain groups such as seniors, breast cancer survivors, Title 1 schools, and veterans. We are currently seeking 501(c)3 status. Hungry for parkour? Contact us at admin@pkmove.org to learn more about our classes, donate, or partner.
