PK Move is thrilled to announce that Jesse Danger – master parkour coach, stuntman, and co-founder of The Movement Creative – will be joining us on April 5th for our Parkour-A-thon! Don’t miss your chance to meet up with Jesse, play with PK Move, and make a donation to the Pop-Up! Tie optional. 😎
PK Move, a non-profit organization founded by three women, will hold PK Silver, our adapted parkour class for people over 50, as planned on International Women’s Day (Wednesday, March 8, 10-11am) at Monarca in Flight. If you are a woman 50+ and would like to try parkour, please join us. Wear red for a FREE class!
Many thanks for all who supported the Walk to Bust Cancer on Sunday, October 16th, especially those who visited the PK Move obstacle course, participated in the walk warm-up, or took part in our PK Pink Demo. What a great time for a great cause: the prevention, detection, and treatment of breast cancer in low-income women who live in the Alexandria area. Here is a short video of the obstacle course activity.
New Participant: I’m having so much fun, I don’t even feel like I’m working out!
Repeat Participant: Oh, you WILL feel it – tomorrow!
Join us at our free PKMove Silver classes for seniors 55+ to see for yourself.
