PK Silver is our parkour class for people over 50. Today’s obstacle course included pumpkins, witch brooms, low tic tacs, a modified Italian Job, climbing up the cargo netting like a spider, and creepy catch falls among other SCARY things!
With rain currently falling and the forecast calling for increasing precipitation through the morning, PK Silver is cancelled today, Wednesday, September 28th. Please join us for PK Silver next week:
- Oct. 3rd at 10am at Hume Springs Park
- Oct. 5th at 10am at the Ft. Ward Amphitheater
